I had heard that they were tearing down Center Park on Semmes St. I went knowing that several here attended and was going to ask for a few bricks to give to those here and to the Historical Society. But they were very quick and nothing was left, seems that they hauled them off the second they tore it down. God, I hope if their was a corner stone, it was saved. I never went there but I would have like to have seen something save. My Grand Mother went to the old Frog Hollow School before that building was built.
