More sad news. Wilson Prosser died in 2002. I had trouble finding him. His picture is in the 1957 year book, but he wasn’t listed in the Senior Mirror. So I finally thought of the Graduation Program and discovered that his name was Henry Wilson Prosser. Then I used “People Finder” and located him in Florence, AL. Next, I used a white pages search and couldn’t find him. As part of the people search I got his wife’s name, Della F. Prosser. Then I searched the white pages in Florence (for everyone named Prosser) and found a telephone number for her. I just talked to her this evening. They had one child and one grandchild. Wilson was an insurance salesman, like his father (Henry Wilson Prosser Sr.). Somehow he relocated to Florence because of his insurance job. That makes the third deceased classmates discovered since the Rally: John Speed, Shirley Foster Davidson, and Wilson Prosser. I suspect we will find that a few more of our missing classmates may have also died.
