Besides work, thanks to Bill Gatlin, whom I stay in touch with , I have written Five Books now. Got into Genealogy and became a Professional Genealogist/Researcher/ Writer.

In 1985 while visiting East Point, I went to Douglasville and visited my favorite Teacher, Nell S. Boyd. Much to my surprise , she wanted to know why My Mother Jewel G. Woodall would recommend her as Girls ( First ) Counselor .....I was surprised....I did not know my Mother did this. Can understand why Mr. LL Deck would have listened to my Mother, they claimed to be coursins because born in Whitfield Co. , Ga. . I told Mrs. Boyd , I did not know she had done that...but I said , not surprised , all my MOther ever heard was "Mrs. Boyd " this or that. So happy my Mother did this and LL Deck appointed her....it was the Class of 1954 who found Mrs. Boyd need our annual decated to her...so it was done.
